It’s FOOD REVOLUTION day today and I LOVE Jamie Oliver and all he does to promote healthy eating. My big one is soooo super fussy that over the years I have developed a few no-fail recipes to get a whole lot of vege into her! I take great pride in hiding the things she won’t eat in her food. SURPRISE, she just ate 10 vege without realising it!! YEAY, for MUMMY SUCCESS!! 

This is my “Sketty” recipe (toddler for spagetti bolognaise)….Now, this is in no way a traditional spag bol. It’s packed FULL of VEGE, up to 10 of them depending on what’s in the fridge…and lots of lovely lentils too!! Meat is optional....ENJOY :)
